Being a driver for vip

I often had to sift through resumes of individuals looking for work as drivers and ask me if there is any possibility to find a job in this field. First, you must know that being a private chauffeur is certainly not like being a taxi driver, as opposed to what many people think. The taxi driver has a schedule, a salary and a workman status.
The private chauffeur is linked to a person, or a family, will work outside of normal hours and must have manners. One must consider that the chauffeur must be at the disposition of the employer. Travel might not restrict itself to point A and point B. There are many additional services related to it. The chauffeur must also be discreet, cultured and forget about his private life. This being said, like all luxury services, this trade is now experiencing slowness in hiring. People tend to hire flexible workers who can be a driver but can also tackle other tasks. There is now a clear difference between expectations and requirements.
A private chauffeur does not require to hold a diploma? Not necessarily, but it is important to note that while a chauffeur may not be alumni of the high university, he will still have culture, responsibilities and discipline. It is then not necessarily easy to be recruited as private chauffeur. Another essential thing…presentation. Many individuals are attracted by the trade simply for the opportunity to drive nice cars and do not consider the ‘clothing’ part of it. Even though in these times chauffeurs do not necessarily wear a hat and such, they are still required to have a nice presentation; shiny shoes, vest, clean shirt, etc. More often than not, candidates present themselves in jeans, badly shaven. In that case, it is obvious that you may not get hired.
